Ofc. Matt Newbauer, PWC PD Crime Prevention Unit

Ofc. Matt Newbauer is a Police Officer with the Prince William County Police Department.  He is assigned to the Crime Prevention Unit, and is responsible for the Watch programs in eastern Prince William County.  Ofc. Newbauer regularly offers training to a variety of audiences on public safety-related subjects.
